2021 Hidden Springs Estate Pinot Noir

Our debut red release from our home vineyard – Hidden Springs – hail from one of California’s most perfect climates in which to grow Burgundian grapes. Warm by day and cool by night means that the grapes are able to develop amazing varietal flavor and color while retaining the structure s important to aging and balance in the resulting wine. In the glass, the wine glistens with a mid-ruby hue. Aromas of violets, raspberry and black cherry greet you. With a sip, the light almost medium body carries deep flavors of cherry and raspberry with hints of plum and earth. A subtle vanilla owing to its aging with notes of raspberry linger on the finish.
